Preservation Rhinoplasty registrations are sold by SAS Nice Evenement & Congres. The terms below apply to every online purchase made on this website.
Article 1 — Purpose and general provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between SAS Nice Evenement & Congres (the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) placing an order through the website https://www.preservation-rhinoplasty.com. Placing an order implies the unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an order is the one in force at the time of the order.
Article 3 — Conclusion of the online contract
The contract is concluded once the Customer has selected the products, accepted these Terms, verified the contents of the order and validated payment. The Customer receives a confirmation email summarising the order.
Article 4 — Products and services
The products and services sold on the site are described and presented with the greatest accuracy. The photographs are not contractual. In case of error or omission, the Seller’s liability cannot be engaged.
Article 5 — Retention of title
The Seller retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, principal and accessories included, has been received.
Article 6 — Availability and presentation
The Seller’s offers of products and services are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of a product or service after placing the order, the Customer is informed and may request reimbursement of the sums paid or a replacement product.
Article 7 — Payment
Payment is due immediately on placing the order. Payment is made by credit card via a secure payment gateway (BNP Paribas Axepta) or by wire transfer where indicated. The Customer’s bank details are not stored on this site.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reasons. However, please note that the specific cancellation policy for congress registrations — including deadlines for refunds — is set out on the Registration page and prevails over the general right of withdrawal where applicable.
Article 9 — Warranties
The products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and by the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), allowing the Customer to return defective products free of charge.
Article 10 — Claims
Any claim must be addressed to the Seller within a reasonable time, by email to contact@preservation-rhinoplasty.com or by post to SAS Nice Evenement & Congres, 10 avenue de Saint Estève, 06230 Villefranche-sur-Mer.
Article 11 — Intellectual property rights
All elements of the site (texts, images, videos, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written consent of the Seller, is strictly prohibited.
Article 12 — Force majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable for any non-performance or partial performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure as defined by French law and case-law.
Article 13 — Nullity and modification of the contract
If any provision of these Terms is annulled, this nullity shall not entail the nullity of the other provisions, which shall remain in force between the parties. Any modification of the contract is valid only after a written agreement signed by the parties.
Article 14 — Protection of personal data
The Customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and with French law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended. The Customer has a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of their data, which can be exercised by writing to contact@preservation-rhinoplasty.com. For more information, please consult the Legal Notice.
Article 15 — Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the area of the Court of Appeal of Nice, subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
